Account Deletion Request
Request permanent deletion of your MedPrep account, credentials, and all associated study data in accordance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies.
What data will be deleted?
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently wiped from our servers and Cloudflare/Firebase infrastructure:
- Profile & Auth Data: Your name, email, avatar image, hashed password, and OAuth tokens.
- Study Progress: Quiz attempts, practice test scores, accuracy percentages, and streak history.
- Flashcards & Bookmarks: Saved flashcard review items, custom notes, and bookmarked questions.
- Device Tokens: Mobile and browser push notification tokens and preferences.
Data Retention Timeline: Direct in-app/account deletion requests are processed immediately. Requests submitted via the web request form are processed within 30 days after identity verification.
